Zusammenfassung

Sunrise is seeking an ML/GenAI engineer to design, deploy and operate production-grade ML solutions in a centralized AI hub. You will build end-to-end pipelines, co-design with Data Scientists and domain Pods, and industrialize prototypes with tests, packaging, and cost tuning.

You will own MLOps pipelines, model promotion, monitoring, and governance alignment, enabling reliable AI across Sunrise business units.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in ML engineering, MLOps, or related roles with production ML/GenAI experience.
• Hands-on CI/CD for ML workloads and IaC experience.
• Experience with ML frameworks and serving patterns (REST/gRPC, batch, streaming).
• Strong Python engineering, testing, APIs, and Docker containers.
• Familiarity with feature stores, experiment tracking, and orchestration tools.

Aufgaben

• Develop & industrialize ML/GenAI solutions with robust training/inference pipelines.
• Co-design architectures with Data Scientists and Domain Pods.
• Industrialize prototypes: automated tests, packaging, deployment/rollback, performance/cost tuning.
• Own & evolve MLOps/LLMOps pipelines: CI/CD workflows, model promotion, monitoring, drift/retraining.
• Maintain CI/CD templates for model/prompt packaging and validation gates.
• Operate model registry/versioning and retraining triggers per governance.
• Provide reproducible experiments and feature-store patterns across Pods.
• Run evaluation harnesses (regression, A/B, safety, multilingual).
• Produce model cards and governance artefacts for audits; implement Responsible AI guardrails.
• Define SLOs/SLIs, monitoring for quality, drift, latency, cost; maintain runbooks.
• Build reusable libraries and coach Pod engineers through reviews.
