Open Systems AG is seeking an Operations Engineer to join Mission Control, the center where Security, Networking, Cloud Operations, and Customer Operations converge. You will identify problems, drive reliability improvements, and partner with Engineering, Business Units, and customers to implement impactful solutions.

• Design and implement new processes, tools, workflows, and operational concepts to drive improvements in reliability, efficiency, automation, and customer experience.
• Continuously challenge existing ways of working and advocate for better solutions.
• Influence decisions through data, technical expertise, and strong communication.
• Integrate new products, services, and technologies into our operational environment.
• Help drive automation, AI-assisted operations, and operational intelligence capabilities.
• Contribute to the evolution of operational standards and best practices.
• Work closely with Engineering, Security, Service Delivery, Customer Success teams, and customers.
• Support training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Build and maintain small software tools that help Mission Control engineers in their daily shift.
• Support operations during big incidents and root cause analyses.
