Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years of production SRE, platform, or infrastructure experience.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and debugging under pressure.
• Solid programming ability to automate and build tooling.
• Experience with observability, metrics, logs, and incident response.
• Knowledge of SRE concepts: SLO/SLI and error budgets.

• Own the reactive frontline; on-call, triage alerts, drive incidents to resolution.
• Make alerts trustworthy by reducing noise and enabling precise signals.
• Turn incidents into durable fixes; perform blameless postmortems and drive action items.
