Join us to lead Brand Equity for our biggest European chocolate brand, Milka. Working with both internal and external cross-functional stakeholders across 30+ countries, you will be responsible to align strategic priorities to our Vision 2030 growth agenda and leading the execution of our Marketing Excellence frameworks.

How you will contribute

Your core responsibilities will include:

  1. Strategic planning process including Vision 2030, 3yr Strategic Plan, and steering committees with senior stakeholders

  2. Central communication and media frameworks across total Chocolate portfolio

  3. Creative brand expression and executing brand campaigns across omnichannel experiences

  4. Design architecture and visual expression of brand distinctive assets

  5. Digital ecosystem development and execution including breakthrough tech

What you will bring:

  1. Consumer behavior, preferably in the consumer goods sector in matrix environment

  2. Developing a seamless consumer experience

  3. Managing business objectives beyond brand and budget

  4. Analytics and creativity

  5. Leading and influencing teams and managing trade-offs

  6. Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, and executive presentation skills

  7. Markets with diverse economic environments a distinct advantage

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland. Country to country relocation support available through our Global Mobility Policies.
