Job summary

Qualifications

• Master in Corporate Finance or related field, or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in corporate finance, investment banking, M&A, debt advisory, or related banking.
• Strong grasp of structured finance, capital markets, and valuation concepts.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Bloomberg knowledge beneficial.
• Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry and company data to support advisory and lending initiatives.
• Financial modeling: Develop and maintain financial models for company valuation and capital structure analysis.
• Pitch preparation: Collaborate on the preparation of pitch books, transaction materials, and client presentations to clearly communicate financial strategies and recommendations.
• Client relationship management: Act as partner to business owners and management, assist in preparing memos and transaction documents, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Transaction execution: Support end-to-end execution of financing and advisory transactions, contributing to deal management and project completion.
