Job summary

INGINIA, a Swiss IT integrator, is expanding its Core Engineering team in Geneva’s region. The Microsoft Systems Engineer will work on critical client infrastructures, delivering bothBUILD project design and RUN operations with a focus on availability, security, and documentation.

You will handle Windows Server, AD, GPO, Exchange Online, SQL Server, and virtualization, while engaging in MSP-like collaboration with client teams. Fluency in French and strong English are expected.

Qualifications

Engineering degree or equivalent qualification with 3–5 years of Microsoft systems administration experience.
Experience in production environments and ability to work on critical infrastructures.
Fluent French with good technical English, autonomous, rigorous, and team oriented.

Responsibilities

BUILD: Design and implement Microsoft infrastructure projects for clients.
Deploy, configure, and migrate Windows Server, AD, and Microsoft 365 environments.
Run: provide advanced L2/L3 support, diagnose incidents, and perform maintenance.
Document work, ensure project handover to operations, and promote security best practices.
Contribute to standardisation and continuous improvement across environments.
