Zusammenfassung

Bechtle Schweiz AG in Bern seeks a Microsoft Power Platform System Engineer to ensure a stable, secure, and scalable foundation for enterprise-wide Power Platform solutions.

You will operate, govern, and further develop the platform, automate deployment processes, and support teams with architecture, integration and security topics. This role offers a hybrid workplace (2 days on site, 3 days remote) with a start date of 1 Oct 2026 and contract through 31 Dec 2027.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and technical solution design.
• Sound knowledge in ALM, managed solutions, source control as well as in build, release and deployment processes, ideally in the Azure DevOps environment.
• Experience with Azure integrations such as Functions, Logic Apps, API Management or Key Vault as well as with API connections, custom connectors, JSON and Power Fx.
• Good knowledge of security, role and permission concepts as well as governance topics such as DLP policies, tenant settings, managed environments and premium licensing.
• Good understanding of platform architectures, standardised operating models and collaboration in agile, cross-team structures.
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style, strong communication skills in German and English as well as interest in new technologies in the Copilot and generative AI environment.

Aufgaben

• Automation of operational, build, release and deployment processes with PowerShell, Power Platform CLI and Azure-related automation solutions as well as expansion of ALM and DevOps structures.
• Support of business units and development teams in architecture questions, data modelling, solution design and security concepts in the Power Platform and Dataverse environment.
• Design and support of integrations to enterprise systems via APIs, Azure Functions, API Management and custom connectors as well as promotion of standardisation of reusable components.
• Evaluation and introduction of new functions around Copilot Studio, agents and AI-supported solutions as well as participation in knowledge building in the Centre of Excellence.

You make the Microsoft Power Platform a stable, secure and scalable foundation for enterprise‑wide solutions.

You are responsible for the operation, governance and technical development of the platform, automate central operational and deployment processes and support teams with architecture, integration and security topics. Your tasks

Responsibility for operation, administration and technical development of the Microsoft Power Platform including environments, managed environments and central governance specifications.
