Overview

This is an Application Analyst role with a strong focus on automation, cloud technologies, and integration. You\'ll be working with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop) and Azure services to build and support automated workflows across various business functions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot and support automation systems and integrations.
• Coordinate testing and validation with end users.
• Document workflows and changes, and follow change management protocols.
• Work across departments to support automation needs.
• Be part of an on-call rotation for urgent support.
• Continuously learn and cross-train on related technologies.

Skills

Must have

• 4+ years of experience as a Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and Desktop SME
• 4+ years of experience delivering scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure services and its integration capabilities such as Data Factory and Fabric
• 4+ years of experience leading requirements sessions with stakeholders and executive updates with senior leaders
• Demonstrated ability to understand operational workflows and translate them into functional requirements for development teams
• Strong critical thinking and analysis skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork. Ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience learning new applications and adapt quickly when given new assignments
