Zusammenfassung

Avance Consulting seeks a Senior MES Analyst in Schaffhausen to strengthen our IT technology team. You will oversee the implementation, support, maintenance and optimization of manufacturing and lab applications such as MES PASX and Track Trace.

The role involves system configuration, cross-functional collaboration, incident resolution and IT project participation including access management and OT integration, with a focus on GxP, EHS and SOX compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of IT infrastructure experience with Microsoft OS and SQL Server.
• Experience with PASX or similar MES systems in pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS and Azure.
• Good German and English communication skills, in speech and writing.
• Willingness to work cross-functionally in a regulated environment.

We are looking for a Senior MES Analyst to strengthen our IT technology team in Schaffhausen In this role you will be responsible for the implementation support maintenance and optimization of the underlying infrastructure for our critical manufacturing and lab applications eg MES PASX Antares Track Trace etc

Responsibilities

• System configuration maintenance and lifecycle activities
• Collaborate closely with local and global crossfunctional teams to enhance system reliability and drive continuous improvement for process and systems
• Participate in crossfunctional support and troubleshooting efforts to ensure efficient resolution of incidents and problems
• Facilitate efficient communication between local and global support groups
• Participate as voice of IT with the business during project and change implementation including user access management configuration changes and coordination for the integration of OT equipment
• Create update and maintain ITrelated documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations eg GxP EHS SOX
• Participate in local oncall service as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or equivalent experience required
• 5 years professional IT infrastructure experience with Microsoft operating systems and database management Microsoft SQL Server is required
• Experience with PASX or comparable MES systems in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Solid knowledge in cloud systems AWS Azure
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing or similarly regulated environments is advantageous
• Highly reliable and selfmotivated and with good communication skills
• Good communication skills in both German and English oral and written
• Team player with a willingness to work crossfunctionally
• Experience in apprentice instruction is preferred
