Job summary

VF Outdoor in Stabio, Switzerland, is seeking a Merchandiser for Apparel and Accessories to support the EMEA Wholesale line. You will shape the Go-to-Market and merchandising plans, tailoring global assortments to meet regional wholesale needs while maintaining brand integrity.

You will work closely with planning and commercial teams, driving assortment strategy, account meetings, and competitive analyses to influence adoption and performance across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in EMEA wholesale marketplace and regional merchandising knowledge.
• Ability to tailor global assortments to regional accounts while keeping brand consistency.
• Strong capability to analyze retail performance and drive action plans.

Responsibilities

• - Execute global merchandising strategy through regional marketplace adaptation.
• - Curate assortments for wholesale accounts and influence external adoption.
• - Partner with planning to create profitable assortments and drive revenue.
• - Participate in in-season management with sales analysis and next steps.
• - Monitor marketplace trends and competitive dynamics to inform decisions.
• - Ensure regional channel needs are covered by the product line.
