VF Corp. Vans EMEA is seeking an exceptional Merchandiser, Apparel and Accessories to join the Merchandising team in Stabio, Switzerland.

The role supports strategic and executional merchandising and Go-to-Market deliverables for the Apparel and Accessories category across the EMEA Wholesale channel. You will curate assortments, analyze market trends, partner with planning and commercial teams, and ensure brand consistency while driving regional sales.

Qualifications

• Formal education in Business, Design, Retail Merchandising or Marketing is nice to have.
• Total experience and professional achievements are highly valued.
• Experience in wholesale channels and Go-to-Market is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute the global merchandising strategy aligned with regional dynamics and consumer preferences.
• Curate assortments for wholesale accounts with demand-driven attributes.
• Partner with planning to build revenue-driving and profitable assortments.
• Participate in in-season management and take action to drive sales.
• Monitor marketplace trends and competitive landscape.
• Identify regional channel needs and bring briefs forward.
