Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sales Consultant EndoMech & Energy to drive revenue in Zürich and the Ostschweiz region. You will collaborate with surgeons, OR teams, and procurement to implement innovative surgical solutions and build lasting partnerships.

The role involves field visits, clinical support during launches, staff trainings, and contract negotiations. Travel within the region is required, and you will contribute to a high-performance, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling medical devices or healthcare solutions is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue and territory growth for Zürich & Ostschweiz.
• Develop regional business and account plans to defend and expand market share.
• Identify new opportunities and growth areas based on market insights.
• Analyze market, customer and sales data to derive concrete actions.
• Prioritize key accounts and projects with surgeons, OR staff, purchasing and executives.
• Position Johnson & Johnson MedTech as a strategic partner for clinical and economic solutions.
• Lead pricing, contract, and business negotiations with customers.
• Provide clinical support during launches, evaluations and clinical projects.
• Conduct trainings for medical staff and accompany procedures in the OR.
