Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience delivering projects in manufacturing and/or production environments.
• Strong exposure to digital manufacturing / shopfloor systems.
• Familiarity with manufacturing IT landscapes (MES, ERP, WMS, QMS).
• Experience in regulated industries such as MedTech, Pharma, or Life Sciences.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-site transformation programs.

• Lead and deliver complex digital transformation projects within manufacturing environments.
• Drive initiatives focused on automation, system integration, and smart factory capabilities.
• Oversee the implementation and evolution of core platforms such as ERP, MES, WMS and quality systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, operations, engineering, and business units.
• Manage multi-site and international rollouts of systems and solutions.
• Ensure successful delivery in line with scope, timelines and budget.
• Identify risks early and manage dependencies across multiple project streams.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and ensure clear, structured communication.
• Operate within a regulated environment, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
