Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Zug, Switzerland is seeking a Pricing, Data and Contract Specialist for Electrophysiology (EP). The role partners with local Sales, Clinical, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure accurate pricing, contracts and master data across the EP business.

The successful candidate will learn pricing models, manage contracts, maintain data governance, produce dashboards, and support SOX controls while enabling sustainable growth in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in pricing, contracting, commercial operations, sales support, or master data management in MedTech/healthcare/regulatory environments.
• Fluent German and professional-level English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply pricing logic, hierarchy, and business models for quotes and pricing proposals.
• Manage full contract lifecycle: review contracts, track signatures, archive, ensure terms are in systems.
• Maintain pricing and conditions in corporate systems; act as local power user for contract repository and data governance.
• Investigate price discrepancies and validate credit notes.
• Create one-time customer offers.
• Own master data for HCPs, customers, and products per compliance.
• Handle user access requests and related admin tasks.
• Test and roll out digital pricing tools and support adoption.
• Design controls and SOX documentation to strengthen data quality and compliance.
• Produce dashboards and ad hoc analyses to support commercial decisions.
