IQVIA MedTech CFS seeks a technically skilled Field Service Engineer or Technician to install and configure automated medication dispensing hardware in healthcare facilities. You will collaborate with engineers and healthcare professionals, travel locally to national sites, and manage installation projects with a focus on quality and safety.

The role requires up-to-date immunizations, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel weekly. Training is provided and paid.

Formación

• Matura Diploma is required.
• Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience required.
• English and German is required.
• Professional business acumen and communication skills required.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
• Ability to work with design engineers, project managers & healthcare personnel to identify equipment layout, operations, and workflow required.
• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status, required.
• Position may/will require up to date immunizations.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds required.

Responsabilidades

• Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems; all tasks revolve around installing and configuring hardware, software and mechanical medical devices.
• Review of schematics / drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality compliance requirements.
• Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
