IQVIA LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, test and configure hardware/software for automated medication dispensing systems in healthcare facilities. Role involves 100% local, regional and national travel with per-diem and assignment-based scheduling.

Responsibilities include reviewing schematics, coordinating with engineers and project managers, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Matura Diploma is required.
• Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience required.
• English and German is required.
• Professional business acumen and communication skills required.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
• Ability to work with design engineers, project managers & healthcare personnel to identify equipment layout, operations, and workflow required.
• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status, required.
• Travel and driver’s license requirement applies; own vehicle may be used.
• Must be located within 30 miles of a major airport.
• Travel weekly to support customer needs.

Aufgaben

• Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems; installing and configuring hardware, software and mechanical medical devices.
• Review of schematics/drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality compliance requirements.
• Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
