IQVIA MedTech CFS is seeking a Field Service Technician to install hardware for automated medication dispensing systems across healthcare facilities in the United States. This role involves extensive travel (local, regional, and national) with per-diem compensation and paid training.

You will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and healthcare personnel to set up equipment, test systems, and ensure quality compliance, while maintaining flexibility for a fast-paced medical environment.

Qualifikationen

• Matura Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience.
• English and German required.
• Professional business acumen and communication skills.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
• Ability to work with design engineers, project managers & healthcare personnel to identify equipment layout, operations, and workflow.
• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status.

Aufgaben

• Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems; all tasks revolve around installing and configuring hardware, software and mechanical medical devices.
• Review of schematics / drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality compliance requirements.
• Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
