Job-Room seeks an experienced Tech Transfer Operations Lead to drive transfer, industrialization, and launch of combination products, medical devices, and packaging across a global manufacturing network.

You will lead technical transfer activities, develop transfer strategies, and ensure alignment of documentation and processes with cross-functional teams. This role requires 5+ years in pharma/med devices, with advanced degrees preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, MS&T, tech transfer, or medical devices.
• Experience leading transfer activities for combination products or devices.
• Strong collaboration across Development, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical transfer activities for combination products and medical devices.
• Drive development-to-commercial transfers across global production sites.
• Develop and execute transfer strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure standardized transfer documentation and manufacturing processes.
• Support product launches by ensuring manufacturing readiness and supply.
• Manage lifecycle maintenance and changes through robust processes.
• Act as SME within cross-functional project teams.
• Support assembly, packaging design, scale-up, and validation.
• Collaborate with Development, MS&T, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain.
• Contribute to regulatory documentation and responses for devices and combos.
