Zusammenfassung

Roche is seeking a hands-on engineer for the Device Engineering group within Roche Technical Development in Basel. You will apply design controls, tackle complex device engineering challenges, and provide strategic technical guidance to ensure robust product development and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate across Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical and Commercial teams, act as technical project leader for combination products, and drive internal and external investigations

Qualifikationen

• University degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years in mechanical engineering and drug delivery device development in pharma.
• Hands-on expertise in pen injector and autoinjector development.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and Health Authority interactions.
• Strong documentation and design control experience.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Act as technical leader to bring combination products to market.
• Lead design control documentation and risk management.
• Collaborate with QA, Regulatory, Clinical and Commercial teams.
• Evaluate new technologies and ensure device performance.
• Oversee external partners for mechanical designs.
