Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechatronics engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of control-related industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of control theory (PID, cascading PID, etc.).
• Experience in profile tuning and optimization.
• Hardware, electronic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with drive (stepper/servo) and sensor tech.
• Excellent communication in English; Mandarin preferred.
• Able to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Close the mechatronics gap between customer, FAE, and stakeholders.
• Provide system and control expertise for product optimization.
• Support field teams and customers on drive, control, and sensing issues.
• Collaborate with test lab for qualification and testing.
• Document findings, specs, designs, and procedures.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
• Contribute to global competence initiatives.
