Job Title : Mechanical Production Engineer - Work Preparation

Job Type : Permanent

Responsibilities :

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for mechanical components.

Create and maintain production documentation, including work instructions and process flow charts.

Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to the production team.

Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in production engineering and work preparation.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical systems.

Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
