About The Job

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This is a technical role involving technical drawing, engineering, collaboration with internal and external partners, and on-site support. The ideal candidate has a solid technical background, strong problem-solving skills, strong technical drawing proficiency, practical mindset, is comfortable in a dynamic environment and can travel occasionally for work.

Responsibilities
  • Technical drawing of components and cooling systems, field installations and testing setups.
  • Design hydraulic and thermodynamic systems for oil and water circuits, heat exchangers and dry coolers.
  • Interact with colleagues and partners on R&D projects and integrate findings in designs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, prepare technical specifications, and review documentation throughout different project stages.
  • Travel to sites to support field activities, including testing, site commissioning, and technical assessments.
Skills
  • Solid knowledge base of mechanical and thermo-fluid dynamics.
  • Proficient in creating 2D and 3D technical drawings with CAD software.
  • Good manual skills, attention to detail, and safety awareness.
  • Proficient in English and Italian in speaking and writing. Knowledge of Spanish is a big plus.
Background
  • Technical diploma or Engineering degree or a related field (University of applied science or similar).
  • >2 years of experience in hydraulic, mechanical or HVAC systems.
  • Proactive, practical approach to problem-solving, being able to troubleshoot technical challenges with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
