Zusammenfassung

Roche Switzerland, Basel, seeks a Business Process Expert for Master data of CMO to bridge global process standards with site needs. Embedding within a function, you will drive design, harmonization, and governance of master data flows across SAP S/4HANA and PLM interfaces.

You will collaborate with DCOs, MDSs, and BCOs to deploy changes, support training, and sustain templates, SOPs, and playbooks while ensuring end-to-end process alignment.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in the pharma industry, supply chain management or manufacturing.
• APICS and/or SCOR certification, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficient knowledge and experience of SAP or ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business or supply chain field; Masters is a plus.
• English language proficiency is a MUST.

Aufgaben

• Process Design & Alignment: drive global process changes at site level.
• Coordinate with DCOs and MDSs to ensure master data changes are deployed timely.
• Provide local requirements to global process designs for fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with SMEs and Super Users to discuss ideas.
• Governance & Adoption: champion adherence to global standards and frameworks.
• Site expert for processes and systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, PLM interfaces).
• Training & Change Management: onboard and train new team members; SOPs maintenance.
