F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. in Basel seeks a Business Process Expert (BPE) for Master data of CMO for a 12-month temporary assignment. The BPE bridges global process standards with local execution within a site function (e.g., Site, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain) and collaborates with the Global BCO Center of Excellence.

You will drive data-aligned process design, support SAP S/4HANA/PLM master data flows, manage change requests, and train site teams on SOPs and GSPs. Fluent English required.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a functional expert within Supply Chain, Tech Ops, or Contract Manufacturing.
• Proven ability to drive end-to-end process changes and global/local alignment.
• Strong knowledge of master data flows across SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, PP, QM, SD) and PLM interfaces.
• English language proficiency is essential.

Aufgaben

• Drive global process changes at site level in collaboration with DCOs and MDSs.
• Gather site requirements to inform global process designs.
• Coordinate with BPEs, SMEs, and Super Users to harmonize processes.
• Champion adherence to global process standards and governance.
