Zusammenfassung

Siemens is seeking a Product Master Data Management Professional to join the Franchise & Governance Business Master Data Management team within the Smart Infrastructure Buildings Global Headquarters, ideally based in Zug, Switzerland. The role combines hands-on MDM operations with governance coordination to support the data strategy and digital transformation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in product data management, IT, or project management.
• Knowledge of SAP MM, SAP SD or Stibo STEP is a plus.
• Experience with agile development and global support operations.
• Strong analytical and structuring skills with ability to understand cross-functional processes.
• Excellent communication in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Shape and drive the future of Product Master Data Management across the BU as part of a global transformation journey.
• Contribute to Product Master Data initiatives and cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment between objectives and digital solutions.
• Evolve the global Product Master Data governance framework with standards, policies, and best practices.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define, prioritize, and implement PLM, Product Identification, and Master Data Management enhancements.
• Establish governance measures, monitor data quality, and promote continuous improvement across the organization.
• Lead global change management activities related to Product Master Data, including rollouts and stakeholder engagement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and training to global and regional users.
