We are looking for a new Machinery Engineer FH for our client in the canton of Solothurn. With your academic degree in mechanical engineering and good technical knowledge, you will design production systems and develop them up to serial production. Our client also offers various opportunities for further development to take on new tasks in the future.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new, custom, and improved systems (concept creation, CAD design, FEM calculations).
• Work collaboratively across departments to achieve optimal results.
• Perform dimensioning calculations in system development.
• Design prototypes and develop them through to mass production.
• Manage various customer projects and develop solution proposals.

Profile

• Degree as a Machinery Engineer FH.
• Experience in engineering industrial systems is a big plus.
• Good 3D CAD skills (preferably with SolidWorks, Creo, or Siemens NX) and knowledge of FEM calculations are desirable.
• Independent and reliable working style.
• Good knowledge of German and English; additional languages are a plus.
