Qualifikationen

Deine Aufgaben

Partner Acquisition

• Market analysis & competitive monitoring (e.g. Competition Crawl)
• Lead the Brand Validation Process in collaboration with the Head of Buying
  
  

Partner Integration and active Feed Management

• Active management of product data feeds and optimization in Channable
• Select suitable integration methods (API, flatfile, aggregator, etc.)
• Coordinate all technical and contractual onboarding steps:
• Partner T&Cs, KYC, shop setup, catalogs, test orders
  
  

Partner Account Management

• Manage live partners including SLA monitoring and performance reviews
• Optimize catalogs, content, and product selection
• Plan and execute joint campaigns (e.g. Black Friday, Valentine's Day)
• Generate partner recommendations for Buying Team
  
  

Cross-functional Responsibilities

• Act as owner for all marketplace-related processes in SPOT (Single Point of Truth)
• Key contact for internal escalations in case of brand conflicts (according to guidelines)
• Collaborate with Buying-Team, Production-Team und Online-Marketing to optimize end-to-end processes
  
  

Dein Profil

• Experience managing online marketplaces or platform business models
• Deep understanding of e-commerce processes, especially partner integration and catalog management
• Ability to work in a structured manner with various stakeholders in a RACI setup
• Strong communication skills with both external partners and internal teams
• Experience with tools such as Channable and Tableau, as well as excellent Excel skills
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (C1 level).

As Marketplace & Dropshipping Operations Lead, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our marketplace partners – from acquisition to technical integration to ongoing account management. You will work closely with the Buying Team, Production Team and Marketing Team to strategically and operationally scale our marketplace and dropshipping offering – always with the goal of delivering the best possible customer experience.
