Job description

Hexagon Robotics is a division of Hexagon – a global leader in precision measurement. Established in 2025, Hexagon Robotics develops humanoid robots for industrial sectors to address labor shortages and enable the transition from automation to autonomy. The first humanoid product, AEON, was launched in June 2025 and combines agility, awareness, spatial intelligence and versatility to provide a market-leading solution for automotive, transportation, aerospace, manufacturing, and logistics customers.

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our growing marketing activities across events, digital, communications, customer marketing and sales enablement.

Working closely with the Marketing Director, and the team, you will contribute to a wide range of activities, help prepare marketing materials and coordinate practical tasks. You will also take responsibility for selected projects, with scope to contribute ideas and put your individual strengths to use.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced marketing generalist who enjoys variety, collaboration and getting things done. As the business grows, you will have opportunities to develop your skills and take on greater responsibility.

Your Mission
  • Support the marketing team in preparing and delivering campaigns, product launches, communications, and customer initiatives.
  • Prepare, update, and adapt sales enablement materials, including presentations, brochures, and customer-facing documents, using input from Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
  • Support the Events Marketing Manager with event materials, presentations, invitations, promotional activities and follow-up communications.
  • Work alongside the Digital Manager to prepare and organise materials for the website, social media and digital campaigns.
  • Assist the Marketing Director with press, media and customer marketing activities, including gathering information, organising materials and coordinating interviews and approvals.
  • Help bring customer stories, case studies and testimonials to completion by coordinating contributions, assets and practical arrangements.
  • Manage selected marketing projects, follow agreed objectives, and keep colleagues informed of progress.
  • Contribute to brand and employer branding initiatives, with opportunities to apply additional skills such as interviewing, photography, video editing or writing.
  • Help keep marketing assets, templates and shared resources organised, consistent and up to date.
Your Skillset
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Around 5-7 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B, technical or industrial environment.
  • A broad understanding of marketing, with practical experience across several areas such as events, digital, communications, campaigns or sales enablement.
  • Comfortable taking responsibility for defined tasks and projects, working independently while knowing when to seek input.
  • Experience preparing and updating presentations, documents and marketing materials, with attention to accuracy, layout and brand consistency.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle varied tasks, coordinate contributions and follow through on deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills in English and confidence working with colleagues across different functions.
  • A collaborative, flexible approach and willingness to help wherever the team needs support.
  • Curiosity about technology and an interest in learning about our products, customers and applications.
  • Additional skills in writing, interviewing, video editing, photography or design are welcome, with opportunities to use and develop them.
What You'll get
  • A varied marketing role in a collaborative team, with opportunities to develop your strengths and gradually take ownership of projects
  • Flexible working hours and a hybrid model for real work-life balance
  • CHF 500 mobility credit for sustainable commuting
  • Bonus system & strong pension contributions
  • Tailored training & development opportunities
  • Relocation support for a smooth start
  • Discounts on health, mobility & entertainment
  • Team events and a flat hierarchy where your voice counts
  • A warm, international culture built on respect and collaboration
