EWOR GmbH is seeking a proactive marketer to build and scale GTM initiatives in a fast-growing environment in Switzerland. You will translate ambitious product ideas into clear positioning, craft messaging, and drive campaigns across channels to generate measurable traction.

You will collaborate with founders and commercial teams, turning market insights into growth experiments, while owning end-to-end delivery from concept to execution in a high-autonomy role.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering GTM strategies and campaigns.
• Strong messaging, content creation, and event/channel execution.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• You will build and execute marketing and go-to-market initiatives that establish clear positioning, reach priority audiences, and create measurable commercial traction.
• You will turn complex products and ideas into compelling messaging and content, and lead campaigns, events, communications, and brand-building activities.
• You will work closely with founders and commercial teams to test channels, engage decision-makers, and translate market insight into growth.
