EWOR GmbH is seeking operators and builders to join a high-growth team in Basel. You will own end-to-end go-to-market initiatives, shaping messaging and content to drive measurable traction with priority audiences.

Collaborate with founders and commercial leaders to test channels, engage decision-makers, and translate market insights into scalable growth. A strong English communicator with a high-agency mindset will thrive here.

Formación

• Evidence of a high-agency builder mindset and end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• You will build and execute marketing and go-to-market initiatives that establish clear positioning, reach priority audiences, and create measurable commercial traction.
• You will turn complex products and ideas into compelling messaging and content, and lead campaigns, events, communications, and brand-building activities.
• You will work closely with founders and commercial teams to test channels, engage decision-makers, and translate market insight into growth.
