Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join them in Zürich, Switzerland. This role offers the autonomy to architect systems and drive from 0 to 1 with minimal corporate red tape, alongside a high-growth environment and an elite cross-functional team.

You will design, build, and operate core software systems, make architectural decisions, and work with founders and users to identify needs and shape the product roadmap.
