Marketing & Communication Manager

As the Marketing & Communication Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and amplifying the brand across the Web3 space and beyond. You will be responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives, crafting compelling narratives, and engaging our global audience through integrated campaigns, digital content, and community-driven communication.

Key responsibilities

• Strategy & Branding: Define and execute brand, marketing, and communication strategies aligned with our growth objectives and blockchain-native audience.
• Content & Storytelling: Lead content creation (blogs, newsletters, press releases, decks) to communicate product value, updates, partnerships, and milestones.
• Community & Ecosystem Engagement: Collaborate with our community team to align brand messaging and amplify content across Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), and other channels.
• Campaign Management: Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and earned media channels.
• PR & Media Relations: Build relationships with blockchain and tech media, pitch stories, and manage press engagement.
• Performance & Analytics: Monitor KPIs, track campaign performance, and iterate based on insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product, partnerships, and leadership to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Required skills and qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing and communication experience, ideally with 2+ in a Web3, fintech, or tech startup.
• Proven track record of managing brand and marketing campaigns in high-growth environments.
• Exceptional content writing and storytelling skills with a strong grasp of crypto-native language and trends.
• Solid understanding of blockchain ecosystems, communities, and narratives.
• Experience working with CMS, marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, Mailchimp), and social media management platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with familiarity in Google Analytics, social analytics, and performance tracking.

Nice to Have:

• Existing network within the crypto/blockchain media landscape.
• Experience launching token-related marketing campaigns or supporting product/token launches.
• Familiarity with community growth tactics and influencer/ambassador programs.
