Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing operations, automation, or related role.
• Proven ability to build workflows that improve team efficiency.
• Experience with marketing tools and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Map automation opportunities with marketing teams.
• Design and build AI agents and workflows for marketing processes.
• Deploy, monitor, and iterate automations for reliability and impact.
• Produce dashboards and reports on automation performance.
• Stay current on AI tooling and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Marketing Tooling & AI Operations teams.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, and governance across workflows.
• Document deployed agents and enablement for the team.
