Bank J. Safra Sarasin AG is seeking a Market Data and Service Reporting Specialist to optimize data accessibility and compliance and to support front units and IT stakeholders.

You will manage access, licenses and contracts for information platforms, generate reports, assist budgeting, and provide user support across platforms, including news feeds and charts. • 3 years of practical experience in Market Data & Information Platform administration.
• Experience with Market Data providers and Exchanges.
• Experience with FinOffice or other license management tools and JIRA Service Management is required.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate periodic reports for market data providers and exchanges with governance and audit compliance.
• Support market data budgeting by collaborating with cost center heads and service recipients.
• Provide non-technical user support for information platforms and coordinate with IT Service Desk.
• Define and monitor SLAs/OLAs, maintain IT Service Catalog and ensure service quality.
• Lead Incident, Problem, and Change Management, including escalations with external providers.
• Produce KPI reports on IT service quality and performance and report to management.

Your Role

AsMarket Data and Service Reporting Specialist at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you area dedicated professional committed to optimizing data accessibility and compliance, as well as toproviding essential support to the Bank's front units and IT stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, licenses and contracts for information platforms while maintaining all price-relevant data in FinOffice to ensure cost control
• Generate periodic reports for market data providers and exchanges, ensuring strict compliance with internal governance policies and external audit requirements
• Support the market data budgeting process by working closely with cost center heads and service recipients
• Provide non-technical user support for information platforms, including news feeds and charts, and coordinate resolution efforts with the IT Service Desk
• Define and monitor SLAs/OLAs, maintain the IT Service Catalog and ensure service quality through continuous monitoring
• Lead Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes, including handling escalations and coordinating with external service providers to resolve critical issues
• Produce KPI reports on service quality and IT performance to identify improvement opportunities and report regularly to management

Your Profile

• University degree inBusiness Administration, completedapprenticeship or similar banking education
• 3 years of practical experience in Market Data & Information Platform administration, including experiencewith Market Data providers and Exchanges
• Industry specific knowledge, as well as experience withFinOffice or other license management tools and JIRA Service Management is required
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability toweigh problems,set priorities andrecognize synergies
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, with a hands-on mentality; capable of workingwith various stakeholder
• Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability
• Fluency in English; fluency in German is a plus
