Job summary

Bank J. Safra Sarasin AG in Geneva seeks a Fixed Income Execution Specialist to support order flow and client relationships across Fixed Income topics.

You will execute wealth management orders and contribute to process improvements in automation, working with internal teams and clients to ensure service excellence. The ideal candidate has a university degree in banking or related field, 3–5 years in finance with Fixed Income, fluent English, and German or French as a plus.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Banking or related field with advanced financial education.
• 3-5 years of practical finance experience with Fixed Income; industry knowledge a plus.
• Experience with Fixed Income systems (Bloomberg); SIX trading license is a plus.
• Strong work ethics, integrity, accountability; able to work under pressure.
• Fluent English; German and/or French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute wealth management order flow for Fixed Income products.
• Support new issue subscription and allocation process.
• Improve automation of the order flow.
• Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support CRMs in Fixed Income related matters.
• Place and manage orders in equities and ETD in the 24 trading setup.
• Adhere to international rules and internal guidelines.
• Deliver service excellence to clients.

Your Role

AsFixed Income Execution Specialist at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you arean ambitious individual who is seeking to contribute to the Bank's success and provideexcellent service to all our clients and client relationships managers in all Fixed Income Execution related topics.

Your Responsibilities

• Execution of wealth management order flow for Fixed Income products
• Support the new issue subscription and allocation process
• Improve automation of the order flow
• Proactive cooperation with all internal and external stakeholders
• Support CRM's in Fixed Income related matters
• Ability to accept and place orders in other asset categories(Equities & ETD's) in the 24 trading set-up
• Adhering to international rules an regulations and internal guidelines / directives
• Service excellence to all our clients

Your Profile

• Higher education (university / FH) in Banking or a related field, complemented by a higher financial education
• 3 - 5 years of practical experience in the field of Finance with knowledge in the area of Fixed Income; industry specific knowledge is an advantage
• Experience with Fixed Income related systems (e.g., Bloomberg); a SIX trading license is an advantage
• Strong work ethics, integrity, and a high level of accountability, combined with the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to weigh problems and set priorities, supported by excellentinterpersonal skills, and the ability to work with various stakeholders
• Fluency in English; fluency in German and / or French is a plus
