Zusammenfassung

Jabil Switzerland Manufacturing GmbH in Mezzovico, TI, Switzerland, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d) for a permanent full-time role. You will manage SAP/MES master data, support process digitalization, and drive continuous improvement with Lean tools.

Fluent Italian and English are required; German is a plus. The position reports to the Process Engineering Supervisor and offers a long-term career path in a global company with a strong local footprint.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing or regulated environment (medical device/pharma preferred).
• Experience with SAP/MES and master data management.
• Familiarity with MPI/MPD, NC/CAPA processes, and pFMEA.
• ERP/MES systems experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage and maintain manufacturing master data within SAP and MES systems.
• Support MES processes and digitalization initiatives (Industry 4.0).
• Create and maintain MPI/MPD for standardized production processes.
• Support Process Risk Management (pFMEA) and CAPA actions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and IT teams.
