Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree in a relevant field and up to 5 years in regulated industries.
• Strong data analysis and familiarity with manufacturing technologies.
• Experience with MES implementation projects is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and German for business communication.

Aufgaben

• Configure and implement MES product portfolio including master data, recipes, and test work orders.
• Support transition from BabtecQ CAQ to Critical Manufacturing CAQ and related changes.
• Assist master data preparation, cleansing, migration, and verification for MES/CAQ.
• Provide MES shopfloor and post-go-live support, including hypercare and user guidance.
• Troubleshoot MES issues, perform root-cause analysis, and define workarounds.
• Drive MES procedure updates and develop training materials and coaching.
