Job summary

GE Vernova Gas Power in Birr, Switzerland, is seeking a Lean professional to drive continuous improvement and lead transformation projects across production processes at the Birr Factory.

You will partner with Production Managers, define value streams, and act as a change agent to simplify and standardize operations while coaching teams and rolling out Kaizen events and lean training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Solid experience in Lean or similar operational role.
• Knowledge and practical application of Lean deployment & tools.

Responsibilities

• Apply Lean strategies to drive continuous improvement in Birr Factory.
• Partner with Production Managers to define key value streams.
• Act as change agent for simplification and standardization.
• Lead Kaizen events and Lean workouts to identify improvements.
• Establish operating rhythms and coach Kaizen actions.
• Implement training on lean tools for manufacturing and admin areas.
