Develops manufacturing methods and procedures, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization
Create and execute validation activities for manufacturing equipment (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ and PQ)
Studies operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine worker functions and responsibilities
Ensures the maintenance of labor and equipment capacity models
Formulates complex sampling procedures and designs special or ad hoc forms and instructions for nonstandard recording, evaluating, and reporting
Applies advanced statistical methods and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards
Applies verbal and written communications skills in periodic and special reports and presentations both internally and with customers
Performs analytical problem solving and utilizes structured decision-making skills
Qualification:
Engineering degree preferred or Diploma in a technical matter; Chemical Engineering is a plus or Mechanical and Automation Engineering
Preferred 2 – 5 years of working experience in industrial environment, medical device or pharma preferred
Experience in high regulated environment (knowledge of standard such as ISO13485, GAMP 5)
Preferred proven experience in Surface treatments as Anodizing, Electropolish, Tumbling, Blasting
Ability to utilize oral communication, presentation and technical writing skills to accomplish departmental goals and objectives
Ability to work with multi skilled team
Fluent to communicate in Italian and English
Uses MS Office, SAP, Agile and Windchill are a plus
