Manufacturing Engineer – Finish Surface Treatments

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develops manufacturing methods and procedures, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization
• Create and execute validation activities for manufacturing equipment (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ and PQ)
• Studies operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine worker functions and responsibilities
• Ensures the maintenance of labor and equipment capacity models
• Formulates complex sampling procedures and designs special or ad hoc forms and instructions for nonstandard recording, evaluating, and reporting
• Applies advanced statistical methods and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards
• Applies verbal and written communications skills in periodic and special reports and presentations both internally and with customers
• Performs analytical problem solving and utilizes structured decision-making skills

Qualification:

• Engineering degree preferred or Diploma in a technical matter; Chemical Engineering is a plus or Mechanical and Automation Engineering
• Preferred 2 – 5 years of working experience in industrial environment, medical device or pharma preferred
• Experience in high regulated environment (knowledge of standard such as ISO13485, GAMP 5)
• Preferred proven experience in Surface treatments as Anodizing, Electropolish, Tumbling, Blasting
• Ability to utilize oral communication, presentation and technical writing skills to accomplish departmental goals and objectives
• Ability to work with multi skilled team
• Fluent to communicate in Italian and English
• Uses MS Office, SAP, Agile and Windchill are a plus
