Job summary

Mikron Group is seeking a Manufacturing Business Capability Lead to shape the technology roadmap for manufacturing, operations and supply-chain capabilities across Mikron sites in Switzerland. You will ensure coherence between production priorities and reliable platforms, governance and measurable value.

You will join a cross-site team, translating priorities into concrete plans, coordinating with process owners and partners to drive adoption and lifecycle ownership.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in IT, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain or related technology capabilities.
• Knowledge of SAP MM, PP and WM, MES, planning and operational applications.
• Experience in an international, multi-site or matrix organisation.
• Ability to align process owners, site stakeholders, technical teams and external partners.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise roadmap and operating standards for manufacturing and supply-chain capabilities.
• Own the IT landscape supporting production planning, materials management, warehousing and operational execution.
• Translate approved priorities into plans, decisions, dependencies and measurable outcomes.
• Consolidate site and business-partner input into coherent enterprise priorities.
• Provide relationship management, demand capture, initial shaping and adoption support.
• Coordinate process owners, site stakeholders, delivery teams, vendors and governance interfaces.
• Maintain transparent risks, issues, decisions and escalation paths.
• Drive cross-site coherence, adoption and sustainable lifecycle ownership.
