Qualifikationen

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a diverse client portfolio in trust, tax, and financial consulting.
• Prepare and oversee financial accounting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage payroll accounting, social security calculations, and salary statements.
• Optimize tax strategies and prepare tax returns for individuals and companies.
• Ensure correct VAT accounting and advise on tax matters.
• Support company formations, restructuring, and succession planning.
• Assist in digitalizing financial processes and implementing efficient trust solutions.

Qualifications

• Commercial training, preferably with a certification in trust, finance, or accounting, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in client management within the trust sector.
• Proficient with industry-specific software (e.g., Abacus, Bexio, Sage, RIMO).
• Structured, solution-oriented work approach with high independence.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in client advising.
• Excellent German skills in spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
