Job summary

KPMG AG in Zurich seeks a detail-oriented professional to contribute to our Deal Advisory team. You will collaborate with colleagues to deliver strategic insights for investment decisions and assist on sell-side and buy-side due diligence for international and Swiss clients.

Your work includes data analysis of EBITDA, working capital, and cash flows, summarized in client reports. Fluent German and English, a Master’s in Business Admin or Economics, and initial experience in accounting, M&A,

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics, preferably Finance and Accounting.
Initial experience in financial accounting, M&A, audit, controlling, or related field is an advantage.
Strong accounting knowledge with an analytical and solution-oriented approach.
Proactive, responsible, and a collaborative mindset with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Deal Advisory colleagues to deliver insights for investment decisions.
Support sell-side and buy-side due diligence and vendor assistance for international and Swiss clients.
Compile and analyze target company data to assess EBITDA, working capital, and cash flows.
Present quantitative analysis with qualitative commentary in client reports.
Interact with internal and external stakeholders including lawyers and investment banks.
