We are searching for the best talent for Manager, Strategy & Operations, Cardiopulmonary (CP) to be in Raritan, NJ, Titusville, NJ, Spring House, PA, or Basel, Switzerland. The Manager, Strategy & Operations is a member of the Cardiopulmonary Strategy & Operations (S&O) Team, serving as a Strategy Office for the TA, responsible for Strategy Management and Portfolio Management, including Contract Management.

The Manager provides operational and administrative support to the TA and cross-functional project teams within CP, including:

1. Contract Management: Drafting, negotiating, and executing HCP contracts, tracking obligations, liaising with partners, managing contract lifecycle, and process improvement.
2. Operational and Logistical Support: Planning meetings, supporting projects, maintaining documentation, facilitating communication, and preparing reports.
3. Other Duties: Building relationships, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting organizational culture and collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• BSc or BA degree
• At least 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, or contracting
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of contracts
• Proficiency in office software and collaboration tools
• Ability to work independently and in a global team
• High professionalism, discretion, and integrity
• Willingness to work in a matrix environment with international teams
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with HCPs or HCOs
• Familiarity with payment processes and business finance
