Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Procurement CCPM, to support Capital Construction, Project Management & Capital Equipment expenditure in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. This is a site-based role, and the Schaffhausen site is the only location for this posting. The role provides procurement leadership across sourcing, supplier management, contract execution, value delivery, and operational excellence for Capital Construction and Project Management and Capital Equipment related CAPEX categories supporting site investment projects.
J&J continues to invest significant capital to build, expand, retrofit, and optimize assets across manufacturing sites, laboratories, distribution, and offices. This role helps enable speed-to-market, supply chain excellence, and employee experience through market-leading safety, productivity, cost, and technology/innovation outcomes, supported by strategic supplier partnerships in Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Project Management, Commissioning, Qualification, Project Safety and Controls.
The Manager, Procurement CCPM will work closely with Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) and Global Engineering Technology (GET), particularly Engineering Design, Project Delivery, Construction, and site engineering teams. The role also partners with suppliers providing Architectural & Engineering (A&E), Construction Management (CM), Automation, and Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) services, as well as with local and regional business stakeholders, to support successful project delivery.
The CCPM and CE categories sit within the Capital, Construction & Facilities Services family and supports Johnson & Johnson’s Enterprise Procurement and Supply Chain Services Procurement priorities. The role acts as a strategic procurement partner to site leadership, Plant/Facility Engineering, Technical Services, Quality, Finance, EHS, and Procurement leadership.
This role is based at the J&J site in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. The successful candidate is expected to work primarily on site with occasional home office to maintain close partnership with site leadership, engineering, operations, project teams, and key suppliers.
