Join our dynamic and growing Tax Technology team and play a vital role in shaping the future of tax services through technology-driven solutions. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing tax technology solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and utilizing the latest tax technology tools.
Your contribution to KPMG:

• Analyse and understand client tax processes, requirements, and challenges, and propose innovative technology-driven solutions to address them.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and technology specialists to identify and assess opportunities for technology integration and automation within the tax practice.
• Leverage KPMG's global tools and technologies to build digital assets tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients, optimizing their tax systems and workflows.
• Design, implement, and manage tax technology solutions that enhance tax process efficiency and compliance.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth integration and utilization of tax technology platforms.
• Act as a functionality translator, being the primary liaison between technology teams and tax teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert in business development activities and client interactions.
• Lead and support the implementation and integration of tax technology tools, including tax planning, compliance, and provision software.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance the tax practice's capabilities.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, project status, and emerging risks related to tax technology initiatives.

• Degree-level education required.
• Knowledge of tax business models and processes, requirements and regulations.
• Experience in tax technology with expertise in customizing digital assets/tools to meet business needs in the tax services industry.
• Interest in emerging technologies and eagerness to apply cutting-edge technology in the tax domain.
• Track record of leading and delivering technology projects (with a focus on automation, optimization, and/or the implementation of digital solutions within the tax domain).
• Understanding of data management principles and practices, with the ability to support the design and implement data product frameworks and integrated data hubs.
• Experience in using established Microsoft tools (e.g. Power Platform or Azure AI) to drive automation and improve tax-related processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and deliver innovative tax technology solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and technology vendors.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
