Shippingandtradingnetwork in Geneva, Switzerland is seeking a senior leader to oversee regional entities, drive strategy and deliver strong commercial, operational and financial performance.

You will develop regional and country-level strategies, monitor performance, and support local management teams while ensuring robust procedures, procurement controls and regulatory compliance. Travel and international collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ experience in logistics (including inland).
• Strong financial analysis, negotiation and multicultural team management skills.
• Independent, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
