Job summary

Renaix in Geneva is seeking a Regional Financial Business Controller to join the Group Controlling team. You will analyse regional financial performance, support forecasting and reporting improvements, and partner with regional CFOs and operational stakeholders to drive value at a regional level.

You bring 5+ years in financial controlling, FP&A or audit, with experience in logistics, shipping or commodity trading, a Master’s in Finance/Economics, advanced Excel and SAP, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial controlling, FP&A or audit.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain or commodity trading is essential.
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Advanced Excel, SAP and fluent English.
• EU citizenship or valid Swiss B/C permit required.

Responsibilities

• Analyse regional financial performance and management reporting.
• Drive working capital, revenue and cost optimisation.
• Monitor profitability, operational costs and FX exposure.
• Partner with regional finance and operational teams.
• Support forecasting, financial analysis and reporting improvements.
