What you can expect
As the Manager Corporate Compensation & Benefits, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective implementation, harmonization, and continuous improvement of global compensation and benefits processes across our international organization.
Your responsibilities include:- Drive harmonization and further development of global compensation and benefits processes in close collaboration with international HR teams
- Take responsibility for the operational execution and coordination of compensation processes (e.g., annual salary review, bonus programs, job evaluation)
- Implement and standardize global frameworks and tools for compensation and benefits to ensure transparency and consistency across countries
- Maintain and further develop the global job architecture, including benchmarking and job grading
- Prepare analyses and reports on salary structures, benefits, and relevant KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
- Support the rollout of new compensation programs, including employee communication, training, and change management activities
- Act as a key liaison for local HR teams to adapt and implement global guidelines according to local market and legal requirements
- Manage relationships with external service providers, such as compensation survey vendors and benefits providers
- Advise and support managers on compensation-related topics in close collaboration with HR Business Partners
What you will bring
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or a related field
- Several years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits, in an international environment
- Practical experience in the implementation and optimization of compensation tools, job frameworks, and benefits programs
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools, especially SAP; experience with job evaluation methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and a high degree of accuracy and affinity for working with data and KPIs
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across diverse cultures and various organizational levels
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus
- Willingness to travel as part of the global role
