JOBSTODAY.WORLD is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support client sites across Switzerland. You will perform upkeep, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and facility equipment, ensuring safe, reliable operations at all times.

Role is on-site only across Switzerland with nationwide opportunities. The ideal candidate holds a vocational maintenance qualification and has experience in industrial or facility maintenance, with PLC knowledge considered a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational qualification as Maintenance Technician or equivalent.
• Experience in industrial or facility maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems; PLC knowledge a plus.
• Valid driving licence (Category B) an advantage.
• Reliable, independent, and safety-conscious working style.
• Good German or French communication skills (region-dependent); English a plus.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic faults.
• Carry out repairs and installations according to safety and quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and complete maintenance logs and reports.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Order and manage spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
