Zusammenfassung

Andermatt Swiss Alps AG is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to care for our apartments, restaurants and commercial properties in the Andermatt region. You will perform routine maintenance, fix issues and coordinate with external service providers to keep operations smooth.

Fluent German and basic English are required, with on-call duty and occasional weekend work. A technical vocational training and a valid driving licence are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical vocational training in HVAC, plumbing, electrical or related field.
• Experience in technical maintenance, facility/building maintenance.
• Hands-on approach and genuine interest in technical systems and equipment.
• Fluent German and basic English language skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Service-oriented mindset and enjoyment of working with a wide range of people.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota and to work occasional weekends.
• Residence in the Andermatt region or willingness to relocate/work in the area.
• Valid Category B driving licence (forklift certification is an advantage).

What you bring in

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally in heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical engineering or a related field
  
• Previous experience in technical maintenance, facility management or building maintenance
• A hands-on approach and a genuine interest in technical systems and equipment
• Experience with CAFM systems (e.g. Abacus or Sambesi) is an advantage
• Fluent German and basic English language skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• A service-oriented mindset and enjoyment of working with a wide range of people
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota and to work occasional weekends
• Residence in the Andermatt region or willingness to relocate/work in the area
